metabolic pathway

I always love biochemistry. Even though I took "Physics" as my major during high school, but I like chemistry and biology! I chose it because there's no "Chemistry" major while "Biology" filled with peers whose willing to take medical at uni.

This semester's biochemistry topics are metabolism and genetics information. I remembered during my high school I need to know every steps on metabolism, all the cycle and what happen during the process. Now, it's getting worst because I need to remember the enzyme and the structural of the substance involves. So scary...

Picture above is human metabolism pathways. So complicated, right? It reminds me of transportation map like MRT in Singapore or underground tube in UK Luckily, I'm not going to learn all of this now. But most of them.

Seeing this, I can't believe that human's metabolism are this complicated. One dysfunction may affect the others and caused bad health. So take care of yourself and always be healthy! :D

quick update for my 50th post!

so, after my last post, I've been facing the real world.

lots to do, to arrange, to solve, to deal with.

if I can make a rough calculation, there will be 3 more months of hectic and busy. I should've put a big planner on my forehead so I won't forget each of my plan. geez...

in my second year, I realized that I want to be more active in every organization I joined in. my student association AMISCA also both of my unit Kendo and UKJ. beside, I also become parts of event held in my campus. like Olimpiade ITB on December or the previous INKM 2010. that's a weird thing since I used to avoid to be too busy with those things.

perhaps, I seek more experience.
experience that gives me lessons.
lessons to be a better person.
lessons to be a wiser person.

argh~ I need inspiration =____=

a bit of memories :)

meet 78. my group during the university orientation week. spent my first week with them is just a splendor moment. we barely knew each other for a week but then we realized that we all have this common thing that make us one :)

rainy days

the beginning of rainy season...

also the beginning of mid-test season...

I'm pretty afraid of my mid-test since I often make silly mistakes. it is already proven in my calculus test :( especially this week is physics which really is my Achilles' Heel :'( my senior once said that it is better to have a good score in mid-test because the questions will be getting harder..

bandung is freaking cold. I need to wear my jacket or sweater + scarf to go to campus. but when it comes to daylight, it's hot but it's kinda windy.. rain is pretty often pouring down. now I have umbrella in my backpack so I won't get wet again xD

will be writing soon when I'm better.. maybe.. I'm having sort of mood-swings these several weeks.. is it because of rain? mellowing every moments?

hopefully I will be just fine :) :)

failed

both SIMAK and USM.

quite down, especially for USM ITB. I expected quite big to become one of ITB student. I first not cried when I saw it. just take a deep breath and told my friends. most of them are failed but glad my best friend passed it :)

then I know ITB really wait me there. written there, in the end of the paragraph.

somehow, my heart started to feel warmer. I feel really glad that actually I can pass this freaking test. My chosen school just set too bar too high for me :P

may is going to come. the second usm will be held in bandung. wait me there o dear Ganesha :D
