Chromium

The name of the element is derived from the Greek word χρῶμα, chrōma, meaning color. - Wikipedia

Well, seeing that this year is Chromium year, I wish that I can feel every color in life.
Doesn't matter if it's dark or light, monochrome or colorful, shiny or matte.

Let's wish for a (more) colorful year!

And yes, I will put my phone on "All Alerts Off" mode.
I will read any incoming text, LINE, FB's wall or mention about my birthday but I won't reply it until the next day. I won't pick up the phone too (except from my mom, my grandma, and my lecturer most likely). So, if one day you contact me and I reply it on the next day, you finally know my birthday! :D

So, Hi!

An urge to write a post in the middle of making thesis. Hahaha.

So, what happened with July that makes me can't even drop 1 post here?
Well, nothing. Let's say, I just try to keep everything in my mind.

But, it's difficult since I always spent at least once a week to write something (even it's just a rant).
And I currently have another blog to write. To write story, precisely.
So I will keep all my stories in the newest blog and all my daily thoughts here.

What excites me about the newest blog is I can write stories that relate to my current fave songs! Yippey!
It's like my personal playlist.
It's also a good reminder on how my playlist changed based on the months and the mood. Definitely a great way to memorize all the great songs you've liked (and perhaps to share it with others in the future!)

Oh, don't be so curious about the blog. Please.

Conversation Started

Two men sat across me inside an angkot. One of them asked me about angkot's cost from their hotel to Simpang Dago. From that single question, we talked a lot. The older one once stayed in Bandung for several days. And this week, he asked his grandchildren to come along with him to see around Bandung. His grandchildren is a student in KU and currently studying about other cities' culture.

Later after they arrived, a women who watched us previously talked to me. She asked me why I'm being so nice to a stranger. Well, I'm just being helpful since I know about it. And after that, we talked a lot. She encouraged me to do things that I dreamed of and gave me lots of blessings.

Talking to a stranger in a city transportation is not usual for us here. So getting a chance like that is something awesome.

(Another) Hi!

So, Hi!

Eventually, I cannot keep up with my promise to write a story every week.
It's kinda sad when every night your brain started to develop a plot but your eyes want to close.
Urgh!

But anyway, as I wrote a month ago, I continue cleaned up few stuffs left.
I started with deleting some Facebook notes and photos.
I tried to deactivate some membership in forum but turned out a failure.
So, I keep the membership but deleted the avatar and personal message.

It's kinda sad for me to know that I live in Bandung for last few months.
A friend of mine expressed her disappointment when she knew I will leave Bandung.
Well, my heart and mind are not ready to face Jakarta tho'.
But who knows what will happen next.

Let's say that it will be a new beginning.
A great, awesome, new beginning.

In a Coffee Shop

Bucket List

Have you ever make a bucket list?

Me? Never.

But I'm intrigued to make one for myself after I saw an event that will be held in Jakarta this month.

I never tried anything weird or unusual. I just live my life as normal as I can. The most unusual thing I ever did maybe working on a radio station when my major is chemistry science. But hey, I never regret it after all.

That's why I want to make one for myself. Of course I'm not going to fill it with something ordinary or usual. That's why the first thing will be "Trying for an audition" and it will be the one that will be held this month. Nothing for serious, it's just for fun and will be a story for my kids ;p

So, why don't you make one?

Writing What's On Your Mind

I always love to write.

Writing, or scribble when I'm too lazy, is a way to make a space in my head.

That's why I have lots of notebooks and blogs.

I don't care whether my writing have a theme or just some rants.

As long as I get to write, then I already feed my soul.

I'm very happy when someone view my writing.

That's why I'm very excited when I got a chance to participate in writing a story for a book that will launch this year!

Even though my love life is not really good enough, but seeing others love life really inspire me during writing session.

It amused me too when I got a part in song-making process.

Making lyrics, having brainstorming session and discussing it with the singer is a really good experience for me.

2014 is going to be an excited year, I believe!

Hello World!

Hello world.

I just realized that I haven't post anything for a month!!!!

There's one draft about previous Girls Generation's concert but I realized it's just too late to post something about it. So I just discard it...

It's been a hectic month. I've been sleeping for several days in office, even I already have my pillow and blanket ready there. Well, there's another reason why I love to sleep in my office. It's because I can access all the songs in audio library, from the old stuffs like Jamiroquai and The Cranberries until indies like Hellogoodbye and Sore..

Earlier this month, I had a chance to be an MC for a 3-days toys fair in Bandung. I never thought the offer would come from my senior but I really enjoy it! I spent a bit for a pillow and a Storm Trooper polo shirt for my little brother. I would love to get another offer to be an MC for toys fair :D

I'm getting sleepy....

Happy Holiday

HAPPY HOLIDAY!

Some chose to have short course, some chose to have internship. While I chose to spend quality time with my family. Last semester, I went to Jakarta once or twice in short period of time so I guess this 2 months of holiday will repay everything (and perhaps I will go back to Jakarta again for New Year holiday).

My plan is playing with my little brother, helping my mom on her work, supporting my cousins on their university admission test and having a long day of reading. And also visiting this year's Ennichisai with fellow friends from Bandung.

craving for sweets

Since moving to Bandung, I never had a chance to bake cakes. Back in Jakarta, my favorite things to do is baking. So when I saw Evan's Kitchen Ramblings' website, it just makes me screaming for baking!

First seen in Drop Dead Cute's website, I found it interesting since the recipe's available is not only for cakes but others F&B. Definitely going to try it soon when I come back to Jakarta :D

another update?

maybe this blog will be abandon for another semester due to lab activities *sigh*

it's 2 months ago after my last post and actually I'm in between my study time but I guess I'm not in the mood...

life's been change. and it's always be.

this semester I really learn about how one comment from a person can change a whole lot of perspectives toward another. I remember there's a time where I heard lot of rumours here and there about a person then next time about the other.

it's not easy to not getting into it when people surround you will always talking about it. it's hard just to move away and not to hear anything, pretend that you don't know anything. how people think it's impossible to be able in both sides, becoming the neutral side.

you try not to change when people change, and they say that you've changed and they're not.

quick update for my 50th post!

so, after my last post, I've been facing the real world.

lots to do, to arrange, to solve, to deal with.

if I can make a rough calculation, there will be 3 more months of hectic and busy. I should've put a big planner on my forehead so I won't forget each of my plan. geez...

in my second year, I realized that I want to be more active in every organization I joined in. my student association AMISCA also both of my unit Kendo and UKJ. beside, I also become parts of event held in my campus. like Olimpiade ITB on December or the previous INKM 2010. that's a weird thing since I used to avoid to be too busy with those things.

perhaps, I seek more experience.
experience that gives me lessons.
lessons to be a better person.
lessons to be a wiser person.

argh~ I need inspiration =____=

life in chemistry

it's my 3rd month in chemistry major. dealing with 2 days of lab practice and it means I'm taking 34 credits this semester.

freak.

trying to hold on with both my study life and daily life. the only entertainment is internet (and sometimes TV but not as good as internet though :D). thanks God that I have my friends and especially my dear panda for being there with me :)

I need to fix few things inside me. still lazy to take care of myself and having problems with priority. really need to fix it soon...

time to sign out. got a lot of papers to do.
